I love photography! I got my first real camera, a SLR Minolta Maxxum, in 1985, and since then have loved taking, editing, and viewing photos, both for fun and for profit (advertising fountain pens for a web site and advertising pastries for a local restaurant menu).
As far as gear, I have a few Nikons (Nikon D80 Digital SLR, a D70, and an older Nikon FG-20), two large format film view cameras (a Tachihara 4"x5" field camera and a heavy Sinar 4x5 studio monorail camera), a Chinese Pearl River TLR that I bought in the 1980's, several vintage medium format cameras: 1) my father's old 1933 Agfa Billy-record 7.7, a 6x9cm medium format roll camera; 2) a 1907 Kodak Model 3A Postcard-sized (3.25"x5.5") which uses impossible to find 122 film, 3) a refurbished 6x6cm Agfa Isolette III medium format rangefinder and 4) two refurbished Agfa Record III 6x9 Medium Format folders one with the chrome removed to show the brass below then lacquered. All refurbished camera work was done by Jurgen K who is quite famous at bringing old quality cameras back to life (new bellows, cleaning, adjustments, replacements). His site is www.certo6.com. Over years added two famous Leica cameras from the 1950's, the IIIf and the famous M3. a Hasselblad 503CW made in 2000, a Rolleiflex 3.5 MX-EVS from the 1950's, the wonderful Fujifilm X100; an old press camera - Graflex Pacemaker Crown Graphic 4x5 from the 50's; plus I continue to enjoy my old favorites: Mamiya 7 rangefinder (1990), the Mamiya 645AFD (1995) "brick", the fun Stereo 3D Holga, and the very heavy Studio 4x5 Sinar P camera (1970).
